She is currently in Enon with a female friend. Despite a street address, I was unable to find her last night when I was in that area. No address signs, dark, unfamiliar with the area, etc.

The main problem is her cell phone. She has no minutes on it so she relies on e-mail when she can hijack a WIFI connection. This causes (unacceptable) latency and intermittency in communications.
