In my experience, as in over 30 years, I've never had a good one in a MP. Time and MMS get in the way of a true Tantric experience. I've had some awesome sessions with private provides of that art form. They are usually expensive though, like $200 and up. But I thought they were worth it. Haven't done that in a few years though. It was all in all a thoroughly delightful session, due to her sincere and intense efforts to see that I had a good time.

She's probably just over 5', wears a cocktail dress at the start, and has nice long hair.
