Tried CG and TC.

Far as I know both are cash only.

CG rate is 3. 5 X until you've met 2 and then 3. XX when you're VIP.

TC is 4. XX unless you're P# then its 3. 5 X.

CG used to be great with great providers and easy to make appointments. A year or so ago something must have happen, last 2 times I tried to make appointment couldn't get a call answered or an email replied to. Why not just write down the names and numbers of some ads, then 2-3 weeks later use them for a reference. In other words, lie. I've never tried it but I bet it would work, just act confident about it.
