Well, against my better judgement I made an appointment at 1308. People have mentioned it as part of the Chinese connection, AKA a string of shops where you don't get a real massage, just a poor rub down, and then 20-40 minutes in they want to give you a HE and get you out of there. Funny thing is, I had such a bad experience in the other Chinese connection shops maybe it was a blessing, since I always leave disappointed. At least at the Thai shops the girls attempt a real massage or are very good at it.

1508 as a very poor experience too.
