    I would call if you got no reply. Not every provider prefers to use txt msg as a way of contact. Some of them will give hints stating witch is the best way to contact them. I like to call ahead to feel someone out either around 10 am and after lunch around 1:30-2 PM. Some will call back if they see a missed call.
