I had a few opportunities this week and really want to plead to the provider. For the price you are charging invest into a decent phone even if its a burner phone. I don't know how many time I have heard this past week that my phone died or left my charger somewhere. I am no way referring to all providers but the number of these type of excuses have been increasing. Its like a professional basketball player forgetting to inflate their basketball while I am trying to get mine played with.
