Please, ladies. All I, or most of us ever expect from you is a little bit of professionalism. If you can't do it at a certain time, just be honest and try to schedule for a time that works. Don't expect us to come running after you have stood us up. That's one of the quickest ways to ruin your good reputation, as Lindsey has done with me. She won't be getting my calls, or my money ever again.
