Hit up China a week ago, had been a while since I had been there. There were two ladies at the door when I walked in. They were both older ladies. The one who spoke to me was the younger of the two. I don't think she is aloof as much as shy and professional. We actually spoke quite a bit and she told a couple of jokes. She even sent me a nice text later in the day. I've never had a problem giving my credit card to this company. The billing is off shore but they call me to make sure I've intended to use the card after I've submitted my order. Get my merchandise in about 2 weeks. All most as good as Amazon.
