Drove by this place today on Westminster Ave. This is NOT Happy CKB. This place is father West of Beach Bl. Anyway, saw the sign and pulled over to do a Google search for their number on my phone and called them. Private room massage was $30 per hour, and I asked if it was a Chinese place or Vietnamese. He said it was Chinese girls.

Pulled in and got to my room, and a cute girl with long hair and a cute little Asian cocktail dress came in. Did the massage thing for about 35-40 minutes. On the flip, I started rubbing her legs and she worked her way down to making my ending happy. I did ask her name (Lily) and the message was decent and so was the ending. $30 for the house, and I tipped her $40 because she was cute, definitely younger with F&C, and she let my hands roam where I wanted to go.

I was having a good time, so I didn't push her to get into her panties or check if FS was available. The place is small but comfortable, and you can hear most everything going on in the little rooms.

I did see another girl on my way out, and I'm fairly sure all the girls wear skirts and heels. I remember someone asking about that a while back, so heads up to whoever that was!

That's more my speed, too. I have no interest in "owning" either. Is it month to month? Or do you have some kind of an annual lease agreement? Is the community gated with security patrolling the property? Any units available? Are the units furnished? You may have a 56 year old monger as a neighbor! LOL.

The property is a corner lot across the street from the beach. Owner is American and has been there thirty years. He has a nice house and I have a separate casita on the property. Been here almost three years and rent month to month. Thus, no security patrolling but there are four dogs protecting the property who love me! BTW I have ten years on you but seem to be mongering more because of the proximity to Tijuana. Used to go to downtown hostess clubs and took more than thirty OTC but now stick to Tijuana, MPs, and ocasional strippers OTC. Been retired 12 years this month. There are occasionally places for rent nearby. Would be a blast having a fellow monger nearby!

I rent at the beach in Rosarito. No interest in owning. I pay $425 a month for a one bedroom house that's furnished with electricity, hot water for the kitchen and bathroom, cable with 150 channels, and high speed internet. I only have to pay for gas for cooking and the heater. This winter with El Nino taking away the sand at the beach the waves at high tide break 25 yards frpm my bedroom window. I also make a little money daily when I'm down here. It's been my best period the past 12 days. Made about $375 buying and selling pesos. More than enough to eat well and partake of some chicas in Tijuana.

Sure was difficult manuvering her around but she whispered bareback so I couldn't resist. Was going to go see Cici tomorrow who someone said used to be Kerry. If there are newbies there I don't want to have to break them in. Not used to resistance getting just about anything I want down here in Tijuana. If anyone tries out the newbies please report.
