Had an interesting dream this morning near Park Blvd close to the 711. I met an attractive Latina that called herself Maria. I've dreamed seeing her around that area in the past but did not think she was a SW. In today's dream I parked near the direction she was walking and to my surprise she got in and asked for a "ride". In my dream we went to a secluded area and gave a BBBJ. LOL but it was not cim. She said from the start it was going to be cin. Ci napkin. Anyways she did the deed. Cin. I spent some time with her on Monday. Her name is C*e**e* and she needs medical attention. I tried to help her clean up her wounds and get some fresh clothes. If I ever seen anything in my life (and I have seen some horrors) the vision of her stabbing herself over and over with a broken needle with blood everywhere while she convulsed was something up there among the worst. She is 23 yo college grad who can't leave the grip. However she is smart, personable, and good looking even under the scabs, scars, and dirt. The problem seems to be that there is no direct way for someone to get the assistance they need when they need it to quit (and I believe she wanted to, sincerely) so they end up back in the hood.

I hate to rain on the board here, but this is is a sad human story. In her time with me I learned the unfortunate facts about the grove park pharmacies and the bum encampment. There's some man down doing around. Be safe everyone.

Into politics, but our leaders have, in their infinite wisdom, have chosen to criminalize both drugs and prostitution. Canada and many of the western European nations handle these issues as public health concerns and they generally achieve much better outcomes. Members of Congress have banned federal dollars for things like needle exchange programs; thus leading to more addicts sharing needles. Then various states like Florida crack down on the 'pill mills'; leading to an enormous increase in powder usage. More than a decade ago Portugal took a bold step and decriminalized drugs if you had a 30 day supply or less. Prostitution is also legal in Portugal as well. Their 'problems' in these regards pale in comparison to ours:

I have picked her up at lease 3 times, the last time was 6 months ago or better. Each time was FS with no complains other than no touching the kitty. I believe I posted on two of the encounters on here.

Time, but be very careful if and when you scoop her particularly in St Pete. She is one of the few ladies who St Pete po po take especial interest in while she's 'walking'. On 2 separate occasions last year she and her date were caught by po po and taken in. She doesn't 'work' with the pigs, but sometimes the nasty hogs will watch certain ladies 'walking' from an obscure location. They may be in a parking lot, alley or some other unseen place. They don't do this very often, but have been at times for over a decade. They watch the lady and look to see which vehicles / mongers are showing interest. After she is scooped the pigs, they discreetly follow and pounce. On 4/15 and 5/18 last year she was last in this type of situation. As I've previously stated here, she is NOT working with the pigs, but the pigs use her as bait without her being aware. Be very aware of your surroundings both when you scoop and scoop out the area. None of us need to 'play the part of a statistic on a government chart'. It's best to avoid all interaction with the po po, but these guys are ok:
