Yes he's right it's a card scam I just posted about my encounter with her on backpage advertisers reviews I was stupid enough to fall for it and ended up out $300 whoever it is actually had the nerve to text me later and when I told them I knew I was out the money they denied ripping me off (they just got sick) yeah Right.

If I had to venture a guess, Kate may be catering to the convention crowd and depending on outcalls. As you say, incalls cost more because she doesn't usually have that expense.
