I never understood why a provider that is a member of this forum would even think about ripping off another known member. Did she think it would go unreported? Let's see, rip someone off for what would equal the amount of one session Vs losing the trust of other members and get blacklisted, meaning automatic loss of residual income which can't be truly quantified to an exact amount. If I had to venture a guess, Kate may be catering to the convention crowd and depending on outcalls. As you say, incalls cost more because she doesn't usually have that expense.
