Seriously, folks, Uncle LEO isn't driven to bust places by what we chronicle here, and they don't give a rat's ass whether or not it's a discounted casa de creampie. Instead, the man is motivated by the complaints of others, typically fellow tenants in the dilapidated strip malls who get annoyed by the heavy traffic frequenting the AMP, thereby leaving less parking a perhaps foot traffic for their own small businesses. Sure, at that point Uncle LEO might use some of the info from the forum to augment their sting, but realistically, at that point the writing is on the wall.

With far too many options in OC, with multiple jurisdications and varying laws, one door closes and another opens.

Basically, what I've said for years here in this forum, although the casa de creampie is a new one.

This is not the only place where these establishments are spoken about, so what we don't say here is said on other sites.

Uncle LEO is definitely driven by complaints, whether it be the neighbors complaining about all the traffic which include the guys leering at the front door while driving by, guys hanging out at in the parking lot for extended periods or what ever. I'm sure another common issue is the neighboring tenants having plumbing issues, calling a plumber that ends up fishing out pounds of used condoms, although I doubt that is a problem that will be experienced here, haha.

One other what seems to have been a common issue instigating LEO action is the election year cycle. Either the LE Chief, Mayor or City Council is seeking reelection and the MP's are a very easy target to hit and say one is tough on crime.

Bottom line, this place will go out of business at some point, due to the owner wanting to take the cash and run, or it will succumb to some kind of LE action.

One idea. Patronize the businesses in a the strip mall by getting something to eat. Better chance they like the "anchor store" if it brings them business. Less likely they look at the traffic with jealousy.

I remember the Mamasan changed the names of the providers and said the popular one is no longer working on certain call request. The confussion was further expanded by changes to work schedule.

This is the correct answer. It's a different experience from the normal MPs, so YMMV if you enjoy this type of thing. HE / CS only but with hot young staff. Plenty of reviews here and on are them.

I was in SJC a few days ago and decided to try a new spot on my radar. Just off the freeway in the Vons shopping center is L S. Very clean looking in a busy strip mall near an ice cream shop. Lots of kids running around. It's ok because this place looks super legit and classy.
