I agree it is possible that the same girl might travel to these different locations. I'm not going to say this is an absolute must as far as rules, but it's where I've been moving to for the past few months. It's just basic logic, whoever has more to lose should not get involved with someone who has less to lose. Of course, this may not be a blanket statement 1 to 1 truth, but if you know you have a lot to lose by being busted, and she potentially has something to gain by reducing her time and ratting you out / setting you up, combined with the volatility and surprise that comes from a hard drug user, it becomes clear that you should do your best to avoid these and pick somone else if you have a choice between the two.
