There's been some back and forth about PJ. I'm not discounting other reports, but wanted to add my recent experience and let others decide for themselves.

Texted her earlier in the day asking about availability later on. She promptly replied and said she would be available. OK, if you think it would be fairer to put this out in the forum, here it is. I had one good meeting with Payton, posted very positive reviews here and on the oThER site.
