I've done it a few times. They use almond oil and sugar crystals to remove all your old skin. You come out silky smooth! Uncovered some places. Others put a small wash cloth over. It's pretty messy so don't expect HE unless you do first then do the body scrub. You have to shower really well afterwards to wash off the crystals.

She did not ask for a tip and there was no hard sell on other services. This was exactly as advertised. When I go back, I will report on the other services.
