Sorry, left this out of my last post, and do not have the ability to edit it due to A2. Interesting that BPilgrim purported to have been affiliated with a string attempt back in one of his long and very first posts in this forum in a January 2012 post.

How do you come to that conclusion?

The stats shown are for prostitution arrests, the stats do not state if it is Street Walkers, Escorts, MPs or any other prostitution activity.

You can infer the stat numbers anyway you want, but you would still be wrong to infer that the numbers are exclusively for street walkers only, were the fuck does it state that, IT DOESN'T.

Show me where in the stats it states the information is on street walkers and not Escorts.

If you feel it does show me where on the provided stats it states the information is for Street walkers only, again it doesn't it's for prostitution arrests.

More guys are arrested in hotel stings than on the street, you know it, I know it, & those arrested know it.

It's just a fact that there are more hotel stings than street stings.

Police focus their efforts everywhere including the street, MPs, & yes especially hotels known for this activity, to state police do not focus their efforts on hotel-based workers is ignorant.

You are on the right track, let's all get rid of discussion of stats because people who do not know how to interpret stats but post them without clarification or understanding to put in perspective the premises behind them, should not shoot from the hip and throw them out there. Stats lie, and numbers lie, and the supposed-monger who put of the post with the stats and then write their own misleading invalid and irrational narrative conclusions for what the stats mean and represent are intentionally dreaming. The explanations also denote that there is a broad category for what is included within the prostitution category in the stats.

Here is the real story of what the stats mean, right from the stat horse's mouth. When reading from the source official website where the stats were posted (that site does not seem to have been updated for years now, hence the old info from 2008 to 2013), it clearly explains the stats and what is behind the stats and data of why cities have high stats, the supporting information clearly states the reason for the high numbers: "decoy SW le street stings" in cities, nothing more, nothing less, and it further explains a big factor as because the city police forces are staffed and budgeted for doing stings and finds that they can get multiple arrests with the resources devoted to the sting operations vs. The 1-off arrests from going after and proving the pursuit of individual johns and SWs doing business. It is NOT related to busting Johns or legitimate SW's during the course of them doing their business, the information behind the stats notes that to be a small portion of the numbers. The explanations also denote that there is a broad category for what is included within the prostitution category in the stats.

Also on the site that the stats came from, there were a bunch of charts denoting 5 years of up and down trends by major cities of males vs. Females arrested for prostitution.

The table covers the years from 2011 to 2013. If you look at the cities and towns with large numbers of male customer arrests, they are primarily urban areas like Lowell, Lawrence, Brockton, New Beford, Worcester, etc. Where the street scene is very active. .
