The few $200/ hr + providers I've seen didn't measure up to their price point IMHO. I felt most of the premium price was for the atmosphere. Nice ladies for sure and the incall was upscale and safe be it a hotel or residence.

I've never seen her myself, but Sexy Shay has a good reputation and safe and quality provider.
