I thought I'd weigh in on the Jenny Heart discussion as I have seen her 3 times but have not made any previous posts about our encounters. While it is true that YMMV, you are NOT describing Jenny H. If you are, then she has a reason for keeping you at a distance. Hygiene is extremely important to her (I am not implying in any way that was your problem.) And she has other pet peeves, but she has NEVER turned down any request from me.
