Massage Pro is a good spot for a 4 hand with a HE, I've had several there, that is the only CAMP I've had a 4 hand with a HE. If you are a newbie just looking for a HE at a CAMP on your first visit, I would suggest going to Zen in JC, that seems to be the hotspot to leave happy at the moment.

Quality has seemed to have fallen off quickly. I had the misfortune of drawing Rachael after being told that my go to, Joyce was gone. Long story short, my experience was ten times worst than yours with Nancy. I did fall asleep, and the HJ was so boring I almost asked her to stop.
