I wish you well in your retirement. I do wish we did have some notice though. Is there a way for us to contact these ladies for fun? I was hoping to schedule with Lexxi but have not had the time.

We are not all new here. This could be as you described but most of us are skeptical when someone with less than 5 posts comes out with a report like this. Either you did something you shouldn't or it is an attack on her for personal reasons.

Let me understand this, you stated you do not care for her or her appearance and you went back 3 times. I have not seen her. Mostly because she is farther north than I usually go. Maybe you are a novice and allowed her to just walk out. Most guys on here are not making any exchanges until the clothing is off. It is hard for them to run out that way. I want to know service is going to be provided before I part with my funds. Then again if you have seen her before maybe you thought you could trust her.

There are always people on both sides of the hobby who are going to make bad decisions. Understand this, no one should be more interested in protecting your money than you. By the way, I as well as most people who have been doing this for a while have been ripped off.

Possibly other mongers who have seen her can shed more light on this.

I get your point Fdx17. Just thought I'd mention I see many other times in this same forum members with a couple post stating that a provider is an ATF and they've seen them many times in the past. I guess they could have seen them for years before they joined. Then to top it off in several cases it's a provider I've seen and know the whole review is total bs, not much can be done in this case however. I suspect some of these providers are reviewing themselves. Glad someone is willing to point out suspect post however and as you said maybe other mongers can shed more light on this.

Guys stay away from this one. She is on drugs. For a young girl has alot of flabby fat. She just wants to get done asap and out the door. Saw her 3 times the 1st time was great 2nd so so the 3rd time took my $ and never heard from her again. Incall in sharonville. Was just ok. I'd pass on this one not worth it at all.

You do need to have a custodian of records, however, they're only open for law enforcement (in SoCal, Law Enforcement frequently inspects these types of records). I've done 18 USC 2257 compliance in a previous life.

Another thing that you need to be aware of is the "community standards" clause -- if something is produced and it's not up to the community standards of the area (using something called the Miller Test), you can be charged with pandering obscenity:

If nothing else, you'd have LE charge you for making a movie without the necessary permits in certain municipalities. In others, the prosecuting attorney would ask you where your SAG card was, and when you didn't produce it, you and the provider would be found guilty for the illegal pay for play.

Why would a screen actors guild make any difference. It's purely voluntary.
