That means that they were dropped due to lack of evidence. The official term was "Nolle prosequi. " Yes, I looked it up. LOL.

I would've thought that any LEO jurisdiction worth it's grain of salt would not charge someone based solely upon the word of a driver that was trying to get out of being arrested. However, it WAS Polk Co. Enough said.

Summer / Tinaa, I hope that this helps clear things up for you and that you can now get this stigma behind you. I apologize to you for bringing this to the public forefront. Perhaps it could be a good thing for your business and help get you some more clients now that your name has been cleared.
