Not sure that everyone has fully grasped the ramifications of this great honor bestowed on our very own Orlando JaguarXF, but in time, surely even the feebleminded will come to appreciate the significance and remember the day with fondness when Admin2 in his infinite wisdom created Jag's Sandbox.

I have been going to this place for a long time and recently I paid them a visist! The old shanks were there and the by polar which just made me turn around and get back on my way else were! That was in a sence great for me because I hooked up with SabrinaT that is just great!

I have posted about her be /4 she is just great.

So SS can go to the junk side and feel sorry for the little Chinese guy that is very nice.

Will not repeat until they change their personnel.

So for the rest "don't spend your hard earned coin there".

I agree with everything you've stated EE. Spa Serenity used to be a great experience. I like Tony a lot but he needs to seriously upgrade the talent there. I recently met with Sabrina for the first time and she's a sweetie. I managed to miss out on the massage part of the appointment but I'm not complaining!

As we have seen, several spas have been closed etc. The therapists are arrested for various reasons. My question is what happens to the spa owner or the building owner. Nothing is ever said.

IR -- The sucky answer is it depends on what people are getting arrested for. Sometimes if it is licensure thing the owner of the spas can be fined or dbpr can move administratively to remove their licenses. Often the buildings are leased and landlord is shielded from prosecution or civil penalties because they don't operate the business. If the owner / operator is being prosecuted for running a house of prostitution then they may face criminal prosecution and a civil forfeiture action where they can take the property (building, house or car). Human trafficking brings a whole host of penalties both state and federally. A few years ago (maybe 10 by now), the city of Orlando used their nuisance abatement laws to shut down some motels on OBT that were notorious for running girls. That takes a bit of doing and has fallen out of favor in city hall because of potential civil liability on city for improper taking of property but they could use it for spas who continually run afoul of the law. So there is your crappy lawyered up answer. Most of the time the "crime" is committed in a room outside the owners presence and they deny any knowledge so the therapist is left holding the bag or facing the music. Hope that helps. -- Dog.
