No this is not Penny. Penny is more East on 7 mile last I knew of. This girl who I also know as Tina, has been doing massages for about 14 months now in the above mentioned area. She used to do a HJ / HE, but seems to not do that anymore. I think she looked pretty cute and like her solid built body. The massage was decent as mentioned, but I will probably not repeat as I like other options that are out there.
