Hey all. Not a frequent poster but thought I would relay this info. I posted an ad on CL a while back looking for two girls together. Got a reply back today and the pics looked good, the donation was reasonable and we texted back and forth several times. Made the appointment and all seemed good. On my way to meet them at a downtown hotel (first flag since it's a decent hotel and CL advertisers aren't usually that upscale) they texted me and asked me to stop and put the donation on a moneypak giftcard which you can do at any CVS or a bunch of other places. They said it was for safety purposes and to prove I wasn't a cop. Whatever, but I didn't have an issue with it and it took me only 5 minutes to get it done. But when I GOT to the hotel, they said they would give me the room number AFTER I texted them the the MoneyPak number off the giftcard. I declined and said I was happy to hand them the card but wouldn't just give them the number, basically handing over the money sight unseen. They wouldn't give me the room number without the ManayPak # so I split. Total cost to me a gallon of gas, some time wasted and $4. 95 as the girftcard fee. Possibly an opportunity lost as well, but I don't think so. Seemed to sketchy to me. So this is just a heads up. Didn't get an email address from them as we used the CL anonymous emails, but their telephone number is 617-987-5373. I am also posting the pic they sent me. I Tineyed it and got no hits and googled the phone # and got no hits either. Like I said, I don't KNOW if this was a scam or not, but it just didn't feel right so I bailed. If it wasn't a scam than I am bummed cause the girls looked hot, but better safe than sorry.

Next time give out the MoneyPak number with any 2 digits reversed. See if you get the room# then. Once in and satisfied, give them the card, if not, you will be no more worse than what you stated above.
