If you are talking about AMP, so far only ACU acupressure (I went Telegraph Road) gave me a decent massage with HE.

But next time I didn't specify 'hard massage' and it wasn't that good. I guess any extra apart from HJ, then you may only get rub not massage.

I believe it was $.4 which was for a very very sensual warm oil body slide that basically was about as close as you can come to actually slipping it in. I believe additional services are available on an escalating scale. And as mentioned in a previous posts she is into some kinky stuff as well if you're into that.
