The only two providers whom I've recently seen standing near the Vineyard entrance to the Safeway parking lot during that time period aren't "real" women. Either of them could be mistaken for women, especially in dim light and / or from a distance, but they are not. Of course, there's a possibility that the provider both of you have seen is a different provider, but unfortunately I don't recall any "real" female provider who's regularly stood at that particular location.

I am 99. 9% sure that she is a he. The only reason why say that is because I was making my "rounds" when I saw her and was like "What!" but then I saw the other shemales cruising with him and they looked like they all came in the same car that she was standing by. If I am wrong I apologize but I did drive slowly in the driveway to get a closer look and she looked like a guy. Maybe it was all the other shemales that was standing there that made me influence my decision.
