Gentlemen: News flash."Fox News" alert (LOL). Tara-Marie and Jenna are still,"bringing it" in spite of some of the negative comments I've heard on here about them. Would it surprise anyone if some big shot AMP owner pulled the strings and told a politician in pocket which competition they wanted taken out, who then told MBI who they wanted busted. As whatever happens goes down, let's review the property owners just to see who gets busted and who doesn't get busted.

Just so much BS. It sounds good in the newspapers and the TV and scares some customers but it is BS in the first degree. Proving a landlord who rented to a person or corporation that is licensed by the state to perform ethical massage by saying he knew or should have known illegal activities were being carried on in the building that is a state licensed premises is ridiculous.

They cannot even close the premises when a massage tech is arrested for violating the law they can only arrest the violator, not the owner of the business. Landlord no way.

A premises can be closed when it is declared a "Public Nuisance" but this is generally used to close "Dive" bars and clubs that have constant police activity regarding fights, drugs etc. In other words if the police are called to a bar 122 times to a bar in six months it will be declared a public nuisance (after a court hearing, this can take Years) and the state will pull it's license.

Have no fear Massage fans, unless the state statutes are changed dramatically you will be old and grey before you cannot get a massage in Orlando, remember this, most commercial property landlords are tough, some are lawyers, all have lawyers and many are very wealthy and they are not going to lay down and die because some MBI bureaucrat runs his mouth to the media. MBI is FOS and they damn well know it-VS

Wound up in Kissimmee again, so I thought I'd try another place. This time I wound up at Spa Asia (or something like that) at 535 and Irlo Bronson. 80 for the hour, pretty girl, but a little older. Late 30's maybe early 40's.

Started with a TS, which was much nicer than in my last report. She took her time, and made sure all the important parts were clean. Afterward, it was off to the room for the massage.

The massage itself was also much better than in my last report. It was a very thorough massage, with lots of attention to the back and shoulders where I needed it. It could have been a tad harder, but she was a small girl. I'm not sure she had it in her. There was some light touch and nice teasing before the flip. On the flip, there was no negotiation, and a standard finish with lots of skin and roaming.

The only real downside was after the flip, things were getting going, and the door suddenly slid open and the other girl stuck her head in to have a conversation with my masseuse. I almost jumped out of my skin. Fortunatly, that conversation was cut extremely short, but it was still more than a little nerve-wracking.

Overall, it was a good time, and I would consider repeating if in the area.

I dreamt I'd gone out of this world and met with Rubee. I'm about convinced she lives there, as she is there every visit. I went for the. 7 special, skipped the TS and asked for it hard. Her little Korean hands sure have a grip, she kneaded firmly before climbing on the table and using her heel and toes to get deeper. She was very specific and hit certain places, not the walk around I've had before. Overall it was good, more therapeutic than enjoyable or relaxing though. After the flip she plays a bit then starts her usual faux-job! Very skilled handshake accompanied by bobbing and sucking noises. I tried to encourage the real thing but it's not on the menu for me. Terrific finish and hot hot towel cleanup. Just to note, I did inspect the towels and sheets prior to laying down and they had fold marks and smelled clean. I have seen her twice now. Once at her place and the second at mine. The first time at hers place which is a dump! A weekly hotel in Altamonte. The place is dirty and smell of cigarettes. I know we've all gotten a bit chicken little with the recent news. I, myself, have been concerned that the rapidly growing number of AMPs in town the last couple of years might cause problems. But I'm going to hit you with a different perspective. The government perspective. I used to work for a county government, NO NOT LEO. At first I thought my job was to do what was actually in my job description, but then I learned from my supervisor that my job was really to continue to justify our existence and to spend our entire budget. I have friends and family members that also work for governments and for them it's also the same. The true purpose of any government entity is to justify their existence and to spend their entire budget. This provides them with job security and proves the need to have at least the same budget the next year or more.

Your tax dollars at work.

So what does this mean? My take on MBI is this. Their job isn't to bust all of the AMPs and providers out there. I mean lets face it. They have enough manpower that they could easily do a clean sweep in about a week and bust all of the providers out there. I mean how hard is it really to go to an AMP and get these girls to offer you at least a handshake? If they really did make a clean sweep they'd put themselves right out of existence!

That's why whenever we see the articles about an AMP or some such place getting busted it's "the result of an 18 month investigation." I mean really. Their job, like I said before, is to justify their existence and spend all of their budget. They make the occasional bust that's the result of tons of manhours and countless dollars spent. It looks good for the press and continues to justify their existence.

In the meantime, we have all noticed that the number of AMPs has grown, not shrunk.

I've honestly been waiting for a big crackdown to reduce the numbers back down. But the best time for that would have been before the elections. And there was some busts, but not a huge crackdown. I'm still concerned about that.

The other thing to think about is to think from MBI's and other LEO's perspective, not a monger's perspective. We all get to worrying that our posting is leading LEO where to make busts. But it's been said before by others, LEO doesn't need us to know where to go. Cops aren't that dumb. It's not hard to look at an AMP and determine if extras are available. Their perspective is about politics and complaints (aside from all of the above mentioned existence justification). That article said that Miss May was the worst for providing happy endings. Really? We haven't reviewed it here in months and the last reviews weren't very good ones. Not since they rotated their staff. Not to mention that there hasn't been a single bust of Miss May staff. So why did Miss May get singled out?

My take on it has to do with location. Miss May is right at the entrance to a residential street. If I lived there I sure as hell would be complaining to the cops! Nobody wants that kind of business in a residential area. My guess is that Miss May has been getting a lot of complaints.

Let's look at the politics of it too. Is Miss May the "worst offender?" Of course, not. We all know better. There are others that are far worse, but politics do play a role in who gets busted and who doesn't (bribes might too, but I'm not going there). Others here have been mentioning property ownership and you can bet that makes a difference as to who gets hit and who doesn't.

They mentioned in the article that the landlord's property can get seized. As far as I know the only way this can happen is if the arrests fall under RICO, which I'm pretty sure prostitution doesn't. RICO is pretty much racketeering and drugs isn't it? So to me that sounds mostly just an empty threat to scare the ignorant. Does anyone know otherwise on this? I'm just curious.

I have read many of the posts regarding Spa closings. I would like to add my opinion that loose lips sink ships. I have said this many times.
If you look at most of the closings by LEO, we will see that most of these AMPs have been spoken frequently about on this board. Also, we all know that
there are great AMPs out there that we never speak about for fear of causing problems. Most of these AMPS are still in business. We need to be more reserved in the
manner in which we describe our experiences. I rest my case.
