I've driven those loops thousands of times over the last 2+ decades and I can't remember a single time that I was pulled over for anything like a bogus failed light. But when I do my mongering, I drive like a preacher and I make no more than 2 or 3 passes in succession. If I don't see something that I like, I leave the area for 30 minutes or longer. I've driven everything from expensive new vehicles to $200 POS (recommended).

I'm wondering if those who get pulled over are doing something to make LE take notice. Driving too fast? U-turns? Many loops through the same area? Not using turn signals? Running stop signs? Obvious checking out the girls on the street corners? Acting odd?

The only signs of LE trying to jerk me around have been a couple of times when LE just followed me for a few turns before I realize what was happening and then I drove straight out of the area.

I'll double concur. I sampled Jesy's menu yesterday and was totally impressed. She is a very cool chic with an attitude to match. I will repeat next week to sample the main course.

Decent service and found her to pretty cool. Intel on her from others is that she has sticky fingers. So lock up all your stuff put her to work.

Leah was looking good at one time. Then one time I saw her and she was looking like death eating a gram cracker. The last time I saw her she was looking good again but I think that this changes as her meds go up and down with the lack of funding. She is awesome with F / S BBBJ but yes rumor is that she does have sticky fingers but I can not say that it happened to me. If it is Leah SeoulFood she is a good catch but like aways take her away from that location so that you do not have any problems with her thinking about doing something that she is not suppose to do.

Was out tonight on Wilkens just past midnight when I noticed this blonde SW walking and ended up at the corner of Wilkins and Payson. Blonde, about 5'6", jeans tucked into black knee-high boots, jacket, nice looking body, blonde hair pulled back, gold earrings and a clean looking, fresh face. Really cute and I was very tempted when she gave me the look.

LE was out and about so I didn't want to take the chance. Especially since I had just seen a black guy in an 80s Pontiac sedan that looked like he was talking into a handheld radio while driving the streets and the presence of marked cars. But this WSW looked really good (7 on the civi scale) and was wondering if anyone else saw her or picked her up tonight. Like to know who she is and what's her deal.

Exactly! I was not even creeping on the evening I was pulled over. I had to drop something off to one of my mother's friends who live in the Curtis Bay area. The address was screwed up so I had to circle back a few times because she lived down a one way street, Blah Blah Blah. Well LEO pulled me over and stated that I had a break light out. He asked me at different times during the stop, what I was doing in the area. I already told him twice so I must say that I got pissed off. Once he gave me this order to get my break light fixed and got in his car, I filmed the repair order I was given and the time on my car clock with my phone. When I got to house of my mother's friend, I filmed him pressing on the breaks in my car to prove that my lights were working as well as using their newspaper to show the date. I went to court with the short video clips and a service order from a mechanic stating that there was nothing wrong with my break light. That judge ripped into that officer esp. When I stated how many times he kept asking me why I was in the area.

With today (sat) being so warm (around 55 degrees) I decided to circle the W / w loop, turned right from wash onto monroe drove about a quarter of a mile and got pulled over by a LEO in a white van. Asked him what I had done wrong, he said I changed lanes without signalling. He took my drivers lic. And registration and went back to his van to check me out. I wasn't worried because I knew I was legit, and thank God I didn't have a SW in the car. He comes back after about 10 mins with a citation / repair order to replace my tag lights. He kept asking me what I was doing in the neighborhood, so I had to tell him I was visiting a friend who has a shop on washington. I have to warn fellow mongers, to always have a reason for being there in case they get pulled over! On my way home I pulled over and checked my tag lights, and guess what? They were not out! He was just looking for a reason to pull me over! After that, I was not even in the mood for anything anymore. This guy really messed it up for me.

On my way home though, I saw some very good looking SWs.

When was a young (er) pup in Baltimore a Monger taught me that prior to going out, pull up a few real estate listings along, and just off, my route and write them on a note pad (don't print them, needs to look old school) and on your first loop, hit a couple and make some notes, like "pool landscaping, needs paint, broken window." If asked, you are just looking for investment properties. Even with a girl in the car, you can you asked her if she knew where one of the addresses was and she got in and said she would take you (without even being invited). The list is probably good for a month or two once you have it.

Same exact thing happened to me on Wilkens. Cops lie and you have no recourse to fight it. Its total bullshit.

Thanks for the info. I was driving around the cricle last Monday and Tuesday and also saw a lot LEO cars. At some point I saw a silver sedan with two cameras on the back, one on each side. I drove to conkling street not much activity but a lot LEO on the street with un-marked cars.

Hooked up with Empress again a few days ago, she usually hangs out around carey & wash. She said her phone was out. She didn't even remember that we had met before. I just sampled her mic skills and again she didn't disappoint. I got a chance to really get a look at her face this time and didn't really find her appealing. Just the wear from running the streets.
