Idiots all of 'them!
Duluth strengthens massage parlor law.
By Joel Anderson
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
In an effort to better regulate massage parlors, Duluth has made sweeping changes to the ordinance that deals with oversight of the businesses.
The Gwinnett city of 26, 000 will limit the number of massage parlors to seven, increase the licensing fee from $50 to $1, 500 and require thorough backgrounds checks for applicants and managers. The changes, approved Monday by the Duluth City Council, draw from the similar action by metro Atlanta cities Sandy Springs, College Park and Doraville, among others.
City leaders spoke of wanting to slow down the proliferation of massage parlors and to better ensure the qualifications of massage therapists. Dozens of residents, however, told the council they were more concerned about prostitution and other crimes associated with many of the businesses.
"Those places have no business in this community," said Greg Stewart, a Duluth resident.

Posts: 13634that's exactly what i think happened, that 'some pastor saw one of those investigative reports on msnbc or some other cable program and decided that **** girls were working in duluth. ' this is why i think legit massage owners need to band together and tell the pastor to pony up some facts or get sued.

Posts: 156I went back to CRC at lunch today. Once again had an amazing massage and stayed uncovered until the flip. I never asked her name but she must have been Linda. This was the second time to have her and both times she pulled the old flip, rub your lower stomach till you get hard and then ask if you want a longer massage trick.
If it wasn't my lunch break I would have gone for more time because the massage was that good but I figured I'd need that money to spend at Q Massage this weekend to relieve the tension that Linda built up. Linda was good but I still prefer the other one that let me stay uncovered the whole time. Didn't bother with DIY since I doubt they'd be willing to help in any way other than the cleanup. I will be back again for the massages.

Posts: 78That brings back memories! I also started with Michelle at VIP on Maple and then followed them over to the current location. I was a regular when it was VIP but felt it lost a lot of its luster when it become Gold. Did you ever see Hana when it was VIP? She's still my all time favorite AMP girl ever. A perfect 10, sweet as candy, and just tons of fun in bed.

Posts: 1868Quite a few years ago (I guess it must have been the late 90s) , I came out of Gold Spa (it may have been VIP then) to find my car unable to start. I was a big regular at that time (this was during its heyday when they were importing the hot model-chicks down from NYC) , and I'd know one of the owners for years (I'd been HER customer when SHE was an AMP girl at VIP on Maple Drive, before she'd saved up a couple hundred thou to buy-in as an owner). Obviously calling triple-A was out of the question (and really, could anything actually be towed out of that squeezed in little lot in back?) , so I went back to the door, rang, and explained the situation.

Now this was in the middle of the night, but she makes a call, and about five minutes later a very new, shiny, tricked out Ford F-250 pulls into the parking lot, and two big, very unfriendly looking Korean dudes get out of it.
They fixed the car.
They barely even looked at me the whole time, just worked fast, got it done, and took off. No charge, no trouble. Needless to say, the experience cemented a certain loyalty for VIP / Gold. That's some service!

Posts: 529Good stuff, and also make sure your car is in good shape. You don't want to explain to the Mrs. Why you had to get towed from the HE's 'R US spa parking lot!

i love duluth, however the city government is so out of touch. these guys are so concern with what is going on with johns creek and suwanee, they can't' make decisions based on the needs of duluth. some pastor saw one of those investigative reports on msnbc or some other cable program and decided that **** girls were working in duluth. the city has already started hitting the establishments hard with bullshit fines for things as simple as not filling out the customer sign-in sheet properly (a $700. 00 fine).

Posts: 837Obviously depends on location / situation, but if there is a regular legit bus (shopping center, restaurant) with a crowded parking lot within a block or two I park there and walk to the AMP.

Posts: 66Must say this is great information especially for newbies like me.
I would add one minor thing if I may that could actually save you some cash. Before negotiating any extras on the flip, in my experience the girl may give certain signs that she is willing to perform HJ but won't touch you until you make the first move and gently guide her down "there". She may start to gently caress you with her fingernails around your crotch and stomach which can actually be very arousing. Don't be shy to grab her hand and guide her to the spot. If she goes for it, you may be in for a HJ on the house. If she resists, then you'll have to negotiate or give up altogether if she's really not going to provide any extras. This has been my experience at VIP Spa where I walk in with 70 for 1 hour.

Posts: 13634I would suggest monitoring the forum for good masseuses (it's rare but they do surface) , then go to that AMP and clearly explain what you want before handing any money over. Unless you have to go Asian, you might want to look for a white or black masseuse for a more quality massage. Plenty of them will offer a HE.

Since my BP girl in Alpharetta didn't pan out, I went up to Buja Spa. Tiffany was the old one working. 5'0" tall, long straight hair but with no ass and bolt-ons. Turned out even the bolt-ons were not the same size. I just wanted to drop a load so gave her $140 for house and FS, did a couple of positions and got out.

Posts: 529I used to have one of those too. Didn't realize how much I'd miss that keypad, and it never failed me either! Can't believe no one makes those anymore.

Posts: 78That reminds me of some newbie advice about cars: It's a good idea to drive a non-descript car to AMPs. That bright red Camaro is going to get noticed. Also be careful about business parking stickers or other identifying bumper stickers like "My Child is an Honor Student at XXX Elementary" or "First Baptist Church Men's Softball." Clear away receipts or anything else with your name on it that someone could spot. If you leave valuables in your car, be sure to keep them well hidden and make sure your car has an alarm. Do you really want report a break-in when your car is in an AMP parking lot?
