In my experience things are hit and miss. You may never see the mysterious brunette again. I don't think most of them keep regular hours. I think you just need to cruise and be patient and eventually you will make a pick up. Hopefully you've read the monger rules to keep yourself safe. It's better to be cautious and miss a pick up then be careless and have a problem.
