Is this from your Spring collection of White Knight responses? Appears to be a copy / paste job of your exact comments left in a competitor's forum last month on this same topic. It would make sense and save you some time since nearly all of your posts, whether they be here or in any forum, are about this one provider.

Just call them like I see them so while we're outting BS remarks I should comment on your post in the Lexington thread. I'm refering to the one about how you so proudly TOFTT by taking a chance on this unreviewed BP provider. Doesn't sound nearly so gutsy if you look at the fact that you had reviewed her on pretty much a monthly basis, but it was just under her prior alias!

LIBEL AND SLANDER occur when a person or entity communicates false information that damages the reputation of another person or entity. Slander occurs when the false and defamatory communication is spoken and heard. Libel occurs when the false and defamatory communication is written and seen.

I know she has seen this post and is printing them all off and has an attorney. Seems more than one white knight need to stand up for girls when she has not worked full time since DEC. I know her hubby.

Let me understand this. You're saying a girl who works as escort has had her reputation damaged when someone reports he heard a rumor that the girl was arrested. That same individual states he does not know if the rumor is true.

So are you suggesting that reporting an rumor as unverified is somehow actionable as libel? Hardly. Also there is the issue of damages. What is she she going to do argue to a jury that her income as escort was diminished. Income from an illegal activity hardly qualifies as damages. And if it did, I doubt she reported her income from escorting on previous tax returns. So she can file a frivolous suit against the poster and have the IRS charge her filing false tax returns.

After ages of checking her out, I decided to check Aleaha out. I had wanted to see her friend as well, but she was unavailable. Aleaha was more than enough.
