After reading the positive reviews on here I called Heavenly Touch and made an appointment with Bella. As others have stated, it's a bit of an odd location but okay.

Previous descriptions of Bella's massage are pretty right on but I have to say that this girl gave one of the most fantastic teases I have ever had. Not just when face down either (although that is awesome) but after flipping the tease continued. I loved this as so often they go for the finale once you flip. Instead she kept massaging and teasing. I asked her to remove her top and she did. Very nice chest with full access allowed. Ran my hand down inside her pants as well and was met with no resistance. Bella is attractive with a nice body.

She really seems to enjoy bringing you to the edge and back a few times. Great eye contact and she had a sly, sexy smile on her lips the entire time. One time after bringing me back from the edge she let out a little sexy laugh as if to say "Not so fast." Eventually there was no holding back and things were so primed by her tease that I really blasted.

A hot towel clean up of junior, and she offered a shower which I was grateful for since I still had a fair amount of oil / lotion on me. Nice clean shower area stocked with shampoo and body wash. I finished up in the shower and headed back to the room where she was changing the linen on the table. She left to get me a bottle of water and while she was gone I got dressed. She walked me to the door, a final hug and I was on my way. I was back in my car about 7 or 8 minutes shy of the hour but considering the service received, it's not a big deal.

House was 70 and I tipped 50 for a total of 120. Overall a great time with a very attractive, sexy girl. I will repeat.

I did a little checking and intercepting oral or wire communications is definitely illegal in Mass, and RI whether it is recorded or not. There is a federal law which makes it a crime to secretly capture photo or video images of people in places and situations in which they have an expectation of privacy such as hotel rooms, bathrooms, tanning salons, dressing areas, and locker rooms. It's even illegal to secretly record your gf in your own bedroom. In most states it's a felony with 3-5 yr prison terms if convicted. The laws regarding hidden CCTV without recording are similar. There are some states that allow CCTV surveillance in these areas, but there must be a sign informing patrons and the camera must be visible. As far as I can read Mass, and RI are not states that allow this either. Long story short. The only place that can be monitored are public areas. With no sound.

If they're doing video surveillance And recording it Then they are collecting evidence. I can imagine them doing CCTV real-time surveillance, without recording, if they want to keep an eye on the massage rooms for safety sake or to make sure they're not being shorted, or something. (In one Mass. AMP I go to occasionally, there's a CCTV screen on the manager's desk in the front room, in full view of the customers, with real-time surveillance of the front and back doors; probably not recorded. I have no idea if there are also cameras in the rooms. I doubt it, but. . )

Most states have a 2 party consent law regarding the audio aspects of surveillance and recordings. Mass. Is one of them. This is one of the reasons that you'll be advised the "line is being recorded" when you call 911. The video law is more ambiguous to accommodate the large number of surveillance cameras in use. Most of these systems record video only and not audio. The laws do mention things like "reasonable expectation of privacy". This covers things like rest rooms, changing rooms, locker rooms etc where nudity is expected. It also includes the bedroom. Personally if I were ever to do this secretly, or admit to doing it. I would keep them to myself. I would also make sure that the negotiations and exchange of money is not seen or heard. Not because I would be worried about the legal ramifications for myself, but more for the benefit of the provider, and particularly the owners of the place.

How damning would something like that be for a spa owner or anyone else deriving support from prostitution, or maintaining a house of prostitution. Both are felonies with mandatory 2 yr, non concurrent, no probation, no parole sentences. This is why I quickly dismiss any talk of providers using video surveillance in the TS, or massage rooms. If they're doing it they're collecting evidence on themselves. That's pretty stupid.

Let's face it they are already breaking the law by providing the extra services they provide so what is the difference with exceeding it further. Are they aware that they are breaking the law by recording the videos let alone recording it? I don't believe that they are. Listen most of these places are small time and are just loooking to make money and the boss just wants to make sure he or she isn't getting jipped by the girls. But then again if they are recording it, it would be daming evidence against them and for us. I guess I have been in the movies and didn't know it. Becareful. Just my.02.

Point taken on the evidence aspect. How many morons have we seen on Reality TV that have video'ed paintball attakcs on innocent people on the street, beating up kids, damaging property, etc.

FYI you have to be extremely careful with this. I think there is a law against this stuff but it's an idea. Just don't get caught.

Of course one might argue that there are laws against other activities that you're already there for.

However, of greater concern from my perspective is in the case of a bust. Suddenly uncle LEO would have some pretty damning evidence of your activities.

FYI you have to be extremely careful with this. I think there is a law against this stuff but it's an idea. Just don't get caught.

I really didn't like the place on my one visit, but I was in the area and decided to stick my nose in as a walk in. There was Amy and someone else who looked attractive so in fine monger fashion I pointed and said I will take her. Papasan collected my fee and off we went. She said her name was Jennie and she is mid-late thirties, slender, attractive, small A's. Gave a good massage. Good enough that I knew I was over my time budget for back and asked her to do legs. She was cautious, but I put her at ease and she did an OK tease. She asked me to flip and I thought she would struggle to get me off, but her technique was better than expected. OTC roaming (said she was shy, ya right) but the technique was so good she got a good pop out of me. Milk time was just a little short but overall, not bad.

On the way out, she intro'ed me to a cute, late 20's spinner named Tina.

Based on this visit, I would repeat. I would be concerned with the basement operation once the temps drop. Hopefully they will not be cheap with the heat.
