You can create an account on Telegram with a burner and fake email, so your identity is not at risk. You don't even have to register with your real name. You can use whatever fake first and last name you want. Only your screenname from USASG would need to remain the same. If you're married or committed, you could easily hide the application within your phone, where only you have access to it.
