I believe you're describing Ocean Breeze Spa 9 at Broadway and Roosevelt in Chula Vista. It only looks like a nondescript, no name spot, -but actually, it's a busy, well-known, well-reviewed FS AMP. MMS is the same owner as the now defunct A-to-Z Spa in CV. I've been there a few times. It's a no frills Pump and Dump spot that's slightly cheaper than most other FS Shops (if you know how to negotiate).
