The SR Thursday day special is in fact $100 for 30 minutes in a curtained room. I've done several. Most have been sessions with extras and it didn't seem like the tip ask was any different than another day. I did do one clean VIP and the dancer stayed the whole time and didn't ask for a tip (I think I gave her a 20 anyway).

Basically this special is Rhino's attempt to compete with Synn's Thursday VIP specials. They must get enough business on night shift to keep the longstanding $140/30 min deal.
