I think MW Jrp was rather nice in how he told the guy to join or butt out. If anyone cares to see how a 'real pro' would have handled it. Go to the DC, Baltimore or Northern Virginia boards and look back in the archived posts for "Trashman" (RIP my friend).

He had little or no use for non supporting newbies and can (and would) tell them so in graphic detail. But he also would help anyone who contributed or showed signs of becoming a good contributor.
