Wow. Was just out and figured I would look at M stroll. Saw Chubby Barbie by hardware store. Then saw little Cora. Turned around to see if I could make the scoop. Then I saw her movements. Definitely Under the Influence. Flipping around, waving at cars. Sucks had to pass. Attaching a pic.

They don't go out as often or stay out as long when it's cold. Instead of walking for however long it takes to for someone to scoop them they go out in intervals. 30 minutes walking, 30 minutes inside warming up etc.

Last Thursday I had some free time to burn so I was out around 11:30 pm - 1: AM.

I cruised all over Main, E 3rd, Xenia and even W Riverview.

Nothing. Noone out anywhere. Not a soul.
