Well if you've been watching the news, you've seen all of shootings and a murderer or two on Main Street. My guess is LEO is in a general cleanup mode. That is everything's getting cleaned up, street walkers on up. I would be safe with whatever you do anywhere in Dayton going forward. I suspect the heat is on the LEO to clean it up across the board.
