Depending on how you structure it, some or most of your funding will come from government-funded programs, which means even more oversight. And ethical standards to be met, with a single complaint from a resident being enough to lose your permits, shut you down and / or subject you to fines and / or litigation and / or incarceration. You're absolutely correct about it being a cash cow. Some small houses that were refurbished running 8-10 guests ea paying 130-150 per week. The math on top end is $6 k per month. Wouldn't be surprised if there was a ton of regulations, inspections. You would also need to find certified staff. I'd be interested in the startup costs if you've already run the numbers.

The problem goes further than that. What she was asking would have netted her $600 an hour ($1200 total) and that does total almost $5 K a month. Actually it's just a little bit more than that because there's 26 weeks in a year. That said, fat chance of making that happen every month, let alone every week.

Bring on the. 4 specials, that's weekly fun we can all afford.

I only was there once. Good time. But between that sister and them dogs I never busted. She kept telling me to let her know when I was going to nut. Good time but not what I expected. She is a lot classier, and although I would join in the fun (even through I am not a Senior member, or even have much of a member) there is NO way in hell I am paying that!
