It's about 25 miles from the airport so 30 minutes if not much traffic on 95 or 295, but depending, the traffic could really slow you down.

It's in a safe area that's gated. I don't think it's super close to the airport though. Maybe 30 minutes?

It is, but I normally see tryst providers and avoid skip providers. For the prices in tryst, they provide consistently good service for a price that is in line with mid tier tryst providers but they provide better service that a lot of the high tier tryst providers. Not for everyone but I'm happy with service vs price.
