Scientists found that TT supplements (a type of herbal pill) do not actually work. There is very little proof that they help men with erection problems, and there is no real evidence that they boost testosterone levels at all.
Basically, the science shows they are a waste of money for these problems. ".
This is different than the ending summary (which I admit I did not read initially; I didn't read past the abstract):
That is very different from the abstract's conclusion. I ran that through AI as well to make sure I was understanding it correctly and it said "The first statement is highly skeptical and basically says the supplement doesn't really work for either issue. The second statement is more hopeful, claiming that while it won't fix your testosterone, it might actually help a bit in the bedroom if you take the right amount. ".

Posts: 349Further Exam of Tribulus terrestris
I scoured the net for more info on Tribulus terrestris (TT), but mainly found re-listing of the previous studies. In short, it may help with ED or sexual performance, or may not. Doesn't help testosterone. Need more research, esp. In Western labs, which tend to favor pharmacological solutions.
Here is one academic review of previous studies, from the Int. Journal of Impotence in 2025. It says "Tribulus terrestris supplementation may offer benefits in improving erectile function among patients with ED with a relatively good safety profile. " The whole article isn't shown unless you buy it, so we don't know the dosage. Is anyone an academic, who can get the whole article?

Thanks for sharing that study, esp. Since it's a compilation of a number of studies, so it could be more useful. On the downside, this paper is from Brazil, and most of the studies in the paper are from the 3rd world. I'm not saying there is an issue with that, but it's not the Mayo Clinic.

The ending summary is a little better: "TT supplementation (400 to 750 mg / d for 1 to 3 months) can improve erectile function in men suffering from mild-to-moderate ED. To date, there is no solid evidence that TT supplementation is a testosterone booster. "
My take away: if you take for quite a while (1 - 3 months), you might get some positive results. Or might not.
So, I might try it. I don't have ED, but it's hard for me to cum. I'm in my 60"s. Maybe it'll help with that.

Posts: 409No. It says it had a small impact on ED without impacting testosterone. That's literally what you quoted.

There is evidence to support this. Might have to give it a try.

I was going to tie this in with an escort report but will do something next week.
I believe in this 100 percent or I would not post.
Take 2 capsules together for a few days, see if it works.
I actually had to stop taking it cause it gets me mentally revving too much
I'll put it that way.
'only the neugenix brand'.
Its only one plant tribulus! not a bunch of things mixed together.
This might as well be called horny goat weed.
I tried that it doesn't work.
and other brands of tribulus those don't work.
bought it on eBay its a 2 pack

Posts: 2682There are, several actually. P411 is the most popular, RS2k is popular in the midwest, there's a few others but I can't recall the names.

Curious how everyone feels about verification. I've been through it with a few agencies. 2 of which have been busted. I get verification is to protect the service, but what happens after they get busted. BTT and 1 other Boston agency that have all of my info and they have been shut down. Been waiting for LE to come knocking at my door. I don't stress about it, just keep expecting it.
Every time I travel I will look for a service similar to BTT and I go through the same verification process. I don't mind taking the risk when I'm out of town, because I love the service with the K-girls. I am hesitant locally. I was verified with BI years ago and now they want me to go through it again. Now they verify through telegram. I haven't bothered I may at some point.
I wish there was a service we could use and the agencies could just look us up. Like a credit report for "John's".

Posts: 2199USA & TER + BIE website issues
Am I the only one having problems with pulling up USA with attempts to move from one page to another continuously dropping and reseting? I wasn't able to reach TER discussion forum for days until just now. Add this to BIE website having issues being pulled up unless one turns on VPN and I'm beginning to think of global conspiracies LOL.
The host we have had for years stopped supporting enterprise hard drives so we are trying to run the site on the same kind of drives you would have in a desk top and they can't keep up.
We have already paid for a new server that will be a massive upgrade from the last one and are planning on migrating this weekend.

Posts: 663Would recommend Bethgirls simply for comms if not anything else
IMO currently most of the good ones are not around, but the handler has always been super responsive. Their setup is super easy and qv w BBBJ starts at 150. The quality is better than grannies and some of them are quite attractive.
Here's an example: https://bethgirls.com/listing/jenny-woburn-ma/.
Good luck.

I've got one decent shot for an afternoon hookup. I'm mostly looking for reliable because I'll be on a somewhat limited time table. I'd like to get a BBJ (although BBFS would be even better). I know my budget's not super strong, but I'm capped around 250-275. I'm not opposed to grannies or bbws, but also into strung out unicorns / spinners. I'm driving 93 north from the city around 3 ish and I have at most 2 hours to work with. What do you got Boston?

Posts: 290The switch to neurovascular hydraulic mechanism of erection makes a lot of sense as it signals (as mentioned in your AI summary) the overall health and cardiovascular health, specifically. It essentially filters out old and physically unfit males, preventing them from producing offspring. This is clearly fucked up at modern times due to the availability of treatments, but the modernity represents a very very short period of time from the evolution point of view.
