I screened with them last year, this was the message that the booker sent me for screening options. I initially tried to use the provider reference, but they said that the provider that I gave them (that I had just seen the day prior) was too recent of a visit and to go with the dick pic option instead, which I did. Dick pic with the time and date on a piece of paper next to it, and that was it.
