Just so no one's mislead, the only on demand prep dose that has any evidence of effectiveness is the 2-1-1 series, so that's 4 doses, not "a prep". Obviously this also is protective only as to one pathogen, so there are other risks, some treatable, some not. High volume BBFS providers can be pay to play in more ways than one, so do your homework and pick the level of risk that suits you. Have fun, but be informed.

It's like these guys are admitting they don't care about all the other shit they could get, as long as they can take a pill to prevent getting the big one. Not worth the risk or the price in my opinion. Openly advertising this has only the one upside and multiple downsides.
