The county STD clinics are super cheap or free and don't require insurance. Their staff are very professional and help people all the time.

You can use callondoc to blanket treat / clear bacterial STDs "just in case". For example, if you are taking on a new partner / girlfriend and quitting the hobby. Some mild bacteria like NGUs will not show up on tests, even though they can lead to UTIs if you pass them on to your partner. It's a tricky situation where one person is asymptomatic but the other person gets symptoms (ex: pain peeing). Then both of you will need antibacterial treatment at the same time so you don't pass it back and forth.

Some people suggest peeing after sex, and it is good hygene if you choose so. Also, don't skip the shower regardless of bb or not. Washing your parts is important if a girl's saliva is on it, because saliva's enzymes will eat away at skin and cause irritation. I sometimes encountered this with a spot not washed well enough.
