Essentially there's a ranking above A that's needed.

Let's say A rank are girls you cannot go wrong with. Whether that's by looks or service. Eventually with luck that bucket will be full of girls. At that point you need a tier above which is S-tier.

Let's say A-tier is like the all-star team. S-tier is the hall of famers.
