CG does not use their hx profile much, no classifieds and not even mail but they can receive your pm to screen you. I had read on this forum that they were asking for PII on top of hx refs. I would never provide PII but fortunately for me, hx was enough. I have a good net, YMMV. CG customer service is great, very efficient, no small talk, phenomenal response time.
