OK, curious as to why or if you know for certain she was a walker and not just somebody hitchhiking?

So I was in a taxi and I was asking the driver making small talk about the area and he eventually told me he has seen streetwalkers near some low end apartments he was saying they need to tear them down by oneida. I didn't get much info I was a wose any I hope someone else can.

Also I'm sorry I failed you all and I didn't get a picture but I saw a girl dressed in sequence and she was with a black guy and they both were the stereo type you see in movies. I saw them by the auto part store on Richmond.

I hope this will help us all and we can figure out where they are hiding. I mean bitchs need to eat to. LOL.
