For the second time in about a month there have been prostitution arrests in Cobb. Several weeks ago only a handful were arrested on Franklin / Delk. However, the local newspaper this morning states that 17 were arrested, over the last couple days, again mostly Franklin / Delk and some Smyrna. There's talk in the local gov't of buying all the apartments in area and doing an urban renewal project. I'm sure the LEO action is part of that and will continue as publicity to encourage voters to pass the local bond referendum for the project.

Of course in any purge there is going to be casualties and inquisition. All this urban renewal project is going to do is cause all the people to exodus to another area where its going to flourish. At what timestamp in the video did you see it? Agree with you about the bullshit comment from the ugly witch about "not trying to ruin their lives."
