You can say what you like, however most of the girls I work with aren't computer illiterate, alot of the were working independently on several different sites and still are, before ever contacting me. SO I don't believe its that they don't get their messages and they struggling and have to go out and look for work on their own. So if you wanna talk about how the girls aren't getting their messages & they have to go searchng for independent work to survive. Save it. I have a certain way I choose to run my business and I stick with it. So far its worked pretty well for me. She does have a big heart which can explain some of the problems with her girls (e.g. Fobu's issue with Kyra). 1. Make contact via email or phone.
2. During initial conversation I never mention anything of $ or service.
3. I ask if the call is being recorded (I know sounds cheesy but someone told me a long time ago if your call is being recorded and you ask they have to tell you - anyone heard this before?)

5. Get the incall information and setup a time.
6. Generally an hour before the time I go to the incall location and just park in the lot observing everything going on. Paying close attention to vans or trucks and people wandering the lot.
7. Once in the room before anything is said about donation or service I politely say - wow you have an amazing body can I please see it before we go any further
8. If all checks out and feels safe then ill go ahead and do the deed.

So anything you say prior to the permission can't be used. 1. You’re vulnerable(people forget this a lot). You’re alone, usually. Uncle L. won’t be, and Ms. Annie Time might not be.
2. You’re not anonymous. About two measly little dollar bills, your plate number, and a trip to the DMV gets ANY public citizen the home address that the plate was registered to. Seriously. Just make up a lame story about an abandoned car stuck on property you own..
3. Check for a heavy smell of tobacco(hotel), or too many ciggy butts on the ground in front of either the incall room or the one next to it(notel). Somebody(more than one)might have been waiting for you for a while.
4. Once in the room-check casually for anything, oh, extra that seems to be plugged into an outlet..
5. To spot a 2-way mirror: put the tip of a pencil(or your fingernail) against the mirror. There should be a 1/8-1/4inch gap between the pencil tip and the reflection in the glass. If the images touch, somebody’s watching..
6. Throwaway cell phone. Only 20 bucks at walmart. Get one. Use your memory, not the phone to store numbers. Nuff said.
7. Vary meeting locations. Sitting for an hour to check things out only attracts the attention of that old fart who has nothing better to do than call the cops about a suspicious vehicle.
8. When leaving the area-to spot a tail(vehicle): make 3 consecutive right-hand turns around a block. The vehicle that does the same is your new friend.

I have checked and there are many cases in which persons are recorded without knowledge or permission (as long as one party to the conversation knows it's being recorded), and the entire recording is admitted at the trial.
Next, asking if you're being recorded may not help. I understand that police can lie about whether they're police, so same would seem to follow that they can lie about recording. Not positive on this.
Also, would not recommend first contact with CL unknown via email, suggest that calling from a pay phone leaves less of a trail back to you
